Every Wednesday, a group of gals I met here in Jefferson City, meet at Panera for lunch then we have a day of sharing what we've made during the week, and then craft for a few hours. It's a time that I really look forward to.
Today I'm sharing two cards that were made using a long-ago retired stamp set. It's fun to see them again and then I remember "Oh I have that set" and then I can add that to my list of things I need to bring out again and create something pretty.
These two cards were made by Marsha, and she used the Flowering Cactus stamp and die bundle. Here's a picture of what this set looks like. When this set came out, I was living in Arizona so of course, it had to get it. The set came with the most awesome paper pack and some really cute felt embellishments. You can see some of those on Marsha's card.
Aren't these cards amazing? She's inspired me to go down to my craft room and dust off this set and make some fun cards to share with others. There's nothing like creating something pretty and sharing it with a friend. A great way to give a paper hug and a quick "pick me up".
Thanks for stopping by today. Don't forget! This is my Stampin' Up! anniversary month and I'm giving away some really nice prizes for your order this month. Check it all out on my Ordering Bonus page.
Enjoy your day!
