Hello and happy Thursday!
I have been spending some much-needed time in my craft room when I can. Sometimes I just don't have a specific card in mind, so I search my stamps and papers and see what I can come up with. I always need birthday cards, so birthday cards it is.
I wanted to try a favorite technique using my water spritzer and ink on a clear block. The card on the left has a really soft background representing the sky, a sunset and green grass. Once I had that done, I searched and thought a soft floral would be nice and I paired the Gallery Blooms stamp set with the Beautiful Gallery 6x6 paper pack on a Cajun Craze cardstock base. A few of our Brushed Brass Butterflies added just the right touch.
The Pear card in the middle was designed by my friend Marsha. We do a monthly card swap at my house, and she wanted to use the Painterly Pears designer paper. The texture behind the pear and sentiment was made using the awesome Sunflower 3D Embossing folder.
The Happy Birthday card on the right was made using the Celebration Expressions Memories and More Card Pack. There are so many different options available when you get a Memories and More card pack. Think "fast and easy" whether it's a card, scrapbook page or other project.
I hope you enjoyed your visit. Check out the links below to see the products I used to create these cards. Our Last Chance list is still going strong, but items are moving quickly.
Enjoy your day! 😊
