Bright & Beautiful Birthday

Hello and welcome! I always need a stack of birthday cards on hand, don't you? I started creating some last week when I was asked to co-host my team's stamp camp for June.  I searched for a bright and cheery card, and I found it in Tammy Beard's card. Tammy is a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and she created this card and I just had to copy it.  I love that we can find something we like that someone else designed, and we can "copy and share". In fact, copying and sharing someone else's design is the best form of flattery.  Here's Tammy's website so you can see this card and everything else she makes.

Here's my card. This will be one of the cards my team will make at the June camp in Arizona. It's pretty much just like Tammy's but instead of using Dazzle DSP, I opted to use the Gold Celebrations Specialty DSP that came with the Bright & Beautiful suite.  I also added an extra balloon on top.


How can you go wrong with a happy card like this.  I love the new Lemon Lolly cardstock and ink. It's such a cheery color! The Beautiful Balloons dies have an edge die that creates the fringe and it's so easy to use.  Gives a lot of texture.
